How we process personal data

01General

1.1.

This Policy is issued under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (the "Law"). It explains how Individual Entrepreneur Svyatoslav Aleksandrovich Knyazev (the "Operator") processes personal data and protects it.

1.2.

The Policy covers all personal data the Operator receives from visitors and users of proxyfield.io (the "Website").

1.3.

If other data protection laws apply to you, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you also have the rights they give you — see Section 6.

1.4.

Customers who are residents of the Russian Federation are covered by the Russian-language Policy.

03Purposes, data and retention

For each purpose the Operator processes only the data it needs.

3.1Sign-up and account access

Data: Email address; password (stored only as a hash); name, email address and account ID if you sign in with Google or GitHub; sign-in IP addresses, browser and device data.
Legal basis: Contract (Art. 6(1)(5) of the Law); consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of the Law).
Retention: Until the account is deleted.

3.2Providing the Services and payments

Data: Email address; payment data — amount, date, cryptocurrency and network, transaction ID and sending wallet address; country of residence and your non-resident confirmation; full name or company name, address and residency documents, if requested; Traffic used; connection settings; IP addresses that connect to the proxy servers; referral code, if any.
Legal basis: Contract (Art. 6(1)(5) of the Law); the Operator's legal obligations, including under currency control and tax law (Art. 6(1)(2) of the Law).
Retention: For the term of the agreement; payment records — for the periods required by tax, accounting and currency control law.

3.3Service emails and payment confirmations

Data: Email address.
Legal basis: Contract.
Retention: Until the account is deleted.

3.4Support, requests and claims

Data: Email address; name, if given; the content of the request.
Legal basis: Consent; contract.
Retention: Until the request is resolved and the 3-year limitation period has expired.

3.5Website security and fraud prevention

Data: IP addresses, browser and device data, cookies.
Legal basis: Contract; consent.
Retention: Up to 1 year.

3.6News and offers by email

Data: Email address.
Legal basis: Separate consent.
Retention: Until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.

04Whose data we process

4.1.

The Operator processes the personal data of registered Website users, Website visitors and people who contact the Operator.

4.2.

The Operator never asks for and does not receive private keys or seed phrases of your wallets. Blockchain transactions are public by nature: the transaction ID and wallet addresses are publicly visible on the blockchain, independently of the Operator.

4.3.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

05How data is processed and shared

5.1.

The Operator collects, records, organises, accumulates, stores, updates, retrieves, uses, transfers, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data, with and without automation tools.

5.2.

The Operator stores personal data in databases located in the Russian Federation.

5.3.

The Operator shares personal data with third parties only to the extent needed for the purposes of processing:

the Payment Partner — to process crypto payments and refunds and to carry out the checks required by law;
the hosting provider and the email service located in the Russian Federation — under a data processing instruction (Art. 6(3) of the Law);
public authorities — where the law requires it.

5.4.

The Services run on servers in many countries, including outside the Russian Federation; connecting to them involves processing your IP address and technical connection data. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, those services (Google LLC and GitHub, Inc., USA) provide the sign-in data. The Payment Partner may be located outside the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfers take place after notifying Roskomnadzor under Art. 12 of the Law and only as far as needed to provide the Services.

5.5.

Personal data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing require, for the periods listed in Section 3.

5.6.

When the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 (thirty) days, unless the law or the agreement provides otherwise (Art. 21 of the Law).

06Your rights

6.1.

You have the right to:

get information about how your personal data is processed (Art. 14 of the Law);
have your data corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not needed for the stated purpose;
require the Operator to stop processing your personal data (Art. 21(5.1) of the Law);
withdraw your consent to personal data processing;
unsubscribe from marketing emails;
where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, exercise the rights it gives, such as data portability and objection, and complain to your local supervisory authority;
complain about the Operator to Roskomnadzor or to a court.

6.2.

Send requests to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, or by letter to the Operator's address. The Operator replies within 10 (ten) working days of receipt; this may be extended by up to 5 (five) working days with a reasoned notice (Art. 14(3) of the Law).

07Cookies

7.1.

The Website uses cookies needed for the Account to work and to remember your settings, including your language. The Website does not use third-party analytics services.

7.2.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Some Website features, including signing in to the Account, may then stop working.

08How we protect personal data

8.1.

The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and disclosure (Art. 18.1 and 19 of the Law), including:

transferring data between your browser and the Website over HTTPS (TLS);
storing passwords only as hashes;
limiting access to personal data to the people who need it for their duties;
making regular backups and controlling access to them;
internal checks that processing complies with the Law.

8.2.

The person responsible for organising personal data processing is the Operator, Svyatoslav Aleksandrovich Knyazev.

09Final provisions

9.1.

The Operator may change this Policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Website.
