Consent to personal data processing

By ticking "I consent to the processing of my personal data under the Privacy Policy" when signing up at proxyfield.io, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Svyatoslav Aleksandrovich Knyazev (INN 745601438850, OGRNIP to be added, address: apt. 58, 69 Lenin Avenue, Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk Region, Russian Federation), the "Operator", to process my personal data on the following terms.
01Personal data
Email address; name, email address and account ID provided by Google or GitHub if I sign in with them; referral code; payment data, including the cryptocurrency and network, transaction ID and sending wallet address; my country of residence and non-resident confirmation; my full name or company name, address and residency documents, if requested; data on my use of the services; IP address, browser and device data; the content of my requests to the Operator.
02Purposes
Signing up on the website and giving me access to my account; concluding and performing the services agreement (Terms of Service), including processing payments and the checks required by currency control law; sending service notifications and payment confirmations; handling my requests and technical support; keeping the website secure.
03Actions with personal data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation tools.
04Transfer to third parties
The Operator may instruct the hosting provider and the email service, both located in the Russian Federation, and the payment partner to process my personal data, and transfer it to them, only as far as needed for these purposes.
If I sign in with Google or GitHub, those services (USA) provide the sign-in data; the payment partner may be located outside the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfers take place after notifying Roskomnadzor.
05Duration and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it by emailing [email protected] from the email address I signed up with. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys my personal data within 30 (thirty) days, except where processing may continue without consent on the grounds set out in the Federal Law "On Personal Data".
